As I quickly approached my annual fitness minutes goal I've decided to push forward and double it! Some of this accomplishment is due to better tracking with the fitbit and some with moving my butt! Thanks to all who sending words of encouragement. I'm a bit quiet but hope to be more vocal soon.
Experimented with nikes shoes with toes and like them just for walking for now till my feet adjust to them.
