That two weeks of the month...

Tracking my food, motivation, and noticing my energy levels more has led to some interesting patterns. One of these is that for about a week and a half before 'that time of the month' I am hungry constantly. It is SO hard to keep within my limits... though I managed up til now, I slipped up the other day and had to eat again after an early dinner. And, unfortunately, the more I work out, the hungrier I feel. Does this happen to any other ladies out there?
If it was only a day or two I think I could manage, but it lasted about two weeks last time (I was quite late... sorry if this is too much information!) and has started about a week before I'm due this time.
I know, looking at my food log, that I could make make healthier choices. I think I am getting about one very healthy meal and snack a day and two okay meals and snacks. Getting calories from high-density food and high-fat food is not helping. So my aim tomorrow is to eat more nutritious food, heavy on the vegetables and lean protein. I am also going to drink those 8 glasses of water. I will make it through!
