Walking a lot without my cane.

I have been walking so much more. I can't believe that I can go down the stairs without the cane or rail. It is a large accomplishment for me.
I have drank 5-8 oz glasses of water a day working towards getting to 8-8 oz glasses of water.
I have had my green drink 3 days this week with a protein to go with it. I started without a protein and I got too hungry. I added raw veggies with it also.

    Oh, congratulations on not needing the cane so much - I have one and I would love to get to the point where I don't need it at all. You must feel so pleased to be able to do with it less! Well done!!

    Wow! You are doing GREAT!. How wonderful for you that you can now go down the stairs without your can. So happy for you. Keep working on getting your water in - I find that it makes a big difference. I try to get one 8-oz glass in before breakfast, and two more in the morning, one at lunch, two in the afternoon (helps to have one before a meal, one at dinner and another one soon after dinner. I find that when I don't drink my water I start feeling sluggish and hungry. Keep up the good work! emoticon
