I have been walking so much more. I can't believe that I can go down the stairs without the cane or rail. It is a large accomplishment for me.
I have drank 5-8 oz glasses of water a day working towards getting to 8-8 oz glasses of water.
I have had my green drink 3 days this week with a protein to go with it. I started without a protein and I got too hungry. I added raw veggies with it also.
