Granola, low fat
Wheat germ

Baby carrots
radishes
cucumbers
purple/red cabbage
baby red beets
artichoke hearts canned in water
broccoli
blueberries
apples
Canned diced tomatoes, low sodium
Vegetable broth/stock, low sodium
frozen vegetables

On a serious note, what kind of protein powder do you use? Is it available in small amounts? I see the HUGE containers of protein powder that I couldn't use up in five years.

    Yes! Beans, Greens, Onion, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds (pumpkin seeds, etc.) are on my list as well. Almonds and pistachios too.
