Back on Track 6/15/13

Today I have been carefully logging my food intake and sticking to my allotted calories to make sure I get back on track.
It's a beautiful day so my hubby and I have been working in the yard. It's fun and hopefully I'm getting a little exercise. I am wearing my fit bit and working on my 10,000 steps as well.
I also did 5 minutes on my elliptical machine but can't do more yet.
That thing really gets my heart going. I am going to work up to 10 this week and hopefully build from there.
My main goal this week is to be consistent with 30 minutes of cardio 5/7 days or more. I seem to be maintaining my weight but I still want to lose 10 more pounds.
