What a difference

I am still working on making it a habit, but I have forgotten how wonderful it feels to move. I have continued going to the gym almost every day, and if I have had to miss then I at least have been getting my 10 minutes. My outlook has improved so much. I know that there are going to be days when I don't reach my fitness and nutritional goals, but currently I am on the longest streak I have ever been able to sustain. Thanks again to everyone for your support and motivation.
