I am going to try to use this blog as a place to write down goals. Doing this I think will help me be held accountable.
So here it goes Goals for June

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Pack my lunch everyday for work
Zumba two times a week



Now I just have to figure out rewards.

    I love SparkPeople, even though I tend to go through spurts with using it and I don't take full advantage of everything on here. However, one site I found through my nutrition course is https://www.supertracker.usda.gov that helps you see even empty calories. Their tracker is not as good but not a bad idea to occasionally plug in your go-to foods into the site and see the exact breakdown. It's a lot more precise on nutrients.

    Thanks guys, I have been logging food but I tend to be more worried about eating within my calories and not looking at what I am eating.

    I found even when I don't blog and in things no one can see, just logging my food helps me be accountable.
