Commitments for the next two weeks

Two weeks until vacation! Time to ramp it up. I'm signed up for two DietBets, and they're ending soon. Even if I don't lose all the weight I wanted to before the end, it was still worth it. It pushed me! But it's time to push even further.

For the next two weeks, I am committing to trying out Bikram Yoga. I've always wanted to try it because I love regular yoga and I've heard it's great for your cardiovascular endurance and for your skin. A video on YouTube even says you can burn 600-800 calories in one class. That sounds a bit high, but I'd be happy with half that!

I'm also going to push myself to try out my gym's morning spin class. I love the afternoon class, but I'm always dragging after work. I'm a morning person, I'm more likely to work out if I commit to doing it in the morning, so that's what I'm going to do.

I'm also committing to eating real food. Fresh vegetables. Fresh fruits. Lean meats and healthy fats. No more frankenfoods for every meal. I've got to get back on track, not only for vacation, but for MEPS.
