I am putting in way too much time on both, and I need to get back to living my life, and working on the new me.
I love to blog here and banter and interact, but I find myself on here way too long. Facebooks not much better.
So my plan is 1 hour in the evening, this also includes charting my nutrition and fitness. Reading blogs and catching up. Mornings need to be for getting back to active and creativitys I have planned, I love to paint, sew, and do things around my house. And my new love EXERCISE!!! Keeping active is the key.
Other than entering Nutrition/fitness for the day. Sundays are my day off from both.
Will she do it you ask? LOL I am hoping so! I loves you guys!!!
Ok just one day away from it and I am already missing it crazy!!! Yeah I just need to pare down a bit. I just enjoy it so much!!! Will figure another routine out. I just don't want to sit so long, I might look at the standing treadmill work station (SKATER), so I can write and answer all msgs.
