Everyday I seem to tell myself tomorrow is going to be the day that I will eat healthy and keep my eating habits in order. I know it is baby steps as well as changing your mindset...yet I can't seem to do it. I have read the SparkPeople book, listed to recommendations, and know that I cannot get myself ontrack so I am looking to be one of those today I am going to start blogging to turn my life around and share my accomplishments for each day with everyone! I hope this will help make a difference. I get it, but just need to take steps in the right direction to implement it! Grrr....addicted to food!

    You can do it! I know exactly how you feel. Reading motivationalweight loss stories here on spark really help me. I read one EVERY DAY! Be very active on the message boards and join a team that you can engage in every day. emoticon

    Stop waiting to feel ready, stop waiting to be inspired, stop waiting to change your mindset, stop waiting for tomorrow.

    Get up and get moving. Get up and fix yourself healthy food. Get up and just do it...

    You write, "...yet I can't seem to do it."

    Yeah, you can. Whether you WANT to or not is an entirely different question, but you CAN.

    So when you decide you WANT to, act.

    Act as if you can.

    Then you will.

    And after you do for a few days, you'll feel better physically and about yourself emotionally.

    But you have to DO it.

    So. Just. Get. Up. And. Do. It.

    And then come back here to let us know you did.
