Imagine looking back on your calendar and realizing that you've exercised every day for an entire month. How does it make you feel to stay so consistent with a healthy habit? In what areas of your life could you work on building consistency?

I can't even imagine this right now. I need to work towards a goal like this.

    Good thoughts - I may blog on the idea of what is exercise anyway? I think I undervalue the gentle exercises in 10 minute blocks.

    Do it! It will totally rock your world!! I've exercised every day for over 200 days. I can't even begin to tell you the difference it's made for me. Even if you only work in 10 minutes on your TOTALLY busy days, do it! Strive for more when you can, but be satisfied with 10 when that is all you can do. YOU'RE soooooo worth the effort!!
