So, can't even remember yesterday's food LOL! Putting thinking cap on!
Breakfast: Smoothie, toasted sprout bread with almond butter.
Lunch: Huge greens salad with pecans, cranberries, almonds, quinoa & balsamic/olive oil for dressing.
Supper: Another salad, this time spinach with grilled chicken over it (and the balsamic/oil dressing.
Today (Day 6):
Smoothie & toast (I can eat the same breakfast every morning for a long time before I feel the need to switch it).
Salad with Spinach, Quinoa, almonds, oil/balsamic, almonds
Snack: Toast & Almond butter; Smoothie of almond dream, kale, ground flax seeds & 1 tsp cocoa per, 1/2 banana ... not great, but not bad!
Supper: Quinoa reheated with pickled artichokes hearts & kale; carrots/beets/onions cooked together.
No 'cardio' type exercise these two days but I burned a lot of energy (and I hope calories!) while practicing and teaching Reiki attunements... Exhausted tonight - feel like I've walked & walked!
In case I forget tomorrow ... Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!
