I had a great workout yesterday! I went with my friend and he really pushes me. I ran for 15 minutes straight, which might not seem like a lot, but considering that only 3 weeks ago I was in no running shape and could only run for 3 min straight, I am happy about my achievement! I also did some weight lifting. My calorie intake yesterday was 1,477 (my range is 1,300-1650) so I was also happy about that.
Like I have said before, I´m in love with Sparkpeople! One thing in particular that I like is the Sparkpoints, I´m already on Level 5 after 3 days, and I´m always looking for ways to collect more points, it´s very motivational
I´m feeling lazy today, but I did the 10 minute Cardio Kickboxing workout (it´s from Sparkpeople) and even though it was only 10 min, I still got a sweat out of it!
