Marshalls had kettle bells for a very good price, so I now own a 10lb kettle bell. Now to find those online videos on how to properly exercise with it. I saw a post on it last week, so I will search it out. Sure wish my internet was better, it's a poor internet and watching videos is painful :( Maybe I can find a site with directions and not a video. Where there's a will, there's a way.
I have to admit that I've been slacking on watching what I eat this week. Turning that around today. No sense in letting all my hard work just evaporate.
Exercise wise I've done fine. I went walking, did planks, etc. Today I'm going to do the ellip for 20+ and work on planting tomatoes and a rhododendron.
Once observation today, the worse my food choices get, the more I think about eating junk stuff such as cake. Right now I'm noticing that I would really enjoy a piece of cake, but I will be strong and stick to my plan. Opposing wants, I want the cake, but I also want to be healthy. Choose your want! :D
