I am so excited, I weigh 202.2 pounds today. I am 1.4 pounds away from my 5% Challenge Goal and 2.3 pounds from hitting 199.9!
I am on my way out but wanted to quickly record what has helped me lose weight this spring.
I Sparked family members so 3 of us are doing the 5% Challenge. Great support and motivation!
Daily walk - more consistently active. Walking and going to the gym.
Staying in my calorie range most days.
Really working the weekly Living the Good Life Challenges and trying to continue them after the Challenge.
Tracking exercise and food.
Eat off smaller plates
Fitbit 7,000 steps minimum but sometimes hit 12,000
Aim for 10 PM bedtime
Drink V8 juice to keep appetite under control
Drink at least 8 glasses of water so I don't confuse thirst and hunger
Going to the YMCA
Nutrition Tracking Day 90
Daily Walk Day 56
No alcohol 88/90
