Strength is needed

Today starts the beginning of a hectic week. I'm actually proud of myself for starting my return to healthiness journey even knowing this week was going to happen. In previous years, I would have used it as an excuse to wait to start. Instead, I'm using it as motivation. I've already planned out my meals for the week the best that I can, I've even looked up the nutritional information for the meal options for our grad dinner, and am planning my meals around that for that one day. I'm Proud of myself, for taking the time for me, for making me a priority.. See you all on the flip side.
