I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my friends wedding September 21st. She said on Facebook the other day "100 days until the wedding". WOW!
So, I'm not one for fad diets, so I'm not going to freak out an binge diet for 3 months...but I am going to use that date as a nice goal setter for me.
I'm going to see if I can exercise EVERYDAY until the big day....that would be 97 days.
I can do it...and it will be a great habit-former for me.
I'm not going to do intense workouts every day. My goal is to do circuit training 5 days a week and power walking 2 days a week. By the time the wedding gets here, exercise will be part of my daily routine.
I'm worth it AND excited at the idea!
And I'll look pretty darn cute in that bridesmaid dress
I'll post a pic of me in the dress when the big day arrives.
