After three weeks really pinpointing my emotional eating and how to deal with it, key phrase I was ready to face that problem head on and deal with it and change. because I keep doing the same patterns I get the same result , then I get miserable , eat some more , gain some more , start getting frustrated and wanting to quit whatever program I am with . which present is here and Weight Watchers.
Anyways, went to my meeting this morning , after three weeks of emotion, and funkiness, I am down 1.8 , feeling good!
What did I do ,,
it started off on that last Saturday not turning to food I did zumba for 25 min ,really want to get back into the zumba again , I purposely moved more , I was mindful of my planning , I did not eat out this week at all I ate at home , big key with my husband and I both working full time I am wanting to cook on the weekend to have food for the week so I can eat at home and bring prepped food from home to work.
This week going to branch out try some new t ype of food, don't know what I kn ow I am going to buy a zucchini chopped it up small and hide it in my spaghetti casserole from my husband he wont even know nor taste it , lol
