I am weighing and tracking my food almost everyday. I am trying to get into the habit again because it make a big difference for me. I continue to work out walking several days a week, doing Coach Nicole's DVDs a couple times a week, and weight training a couple times a week. I am starting to see some progress. I am trying to get the same 10 pounds off that I had lost a couple of years ago. This past year was much more stressed than I thought and the pounds can back again. I am going to turn 50 this August so my goal is to stay on track and maybe get those pounds off my then. Hope everyone has a great day!
