I just can not see myself eating two breakfasts on run days. I am trying to lose not gain.
ie - i had 1.3oz cheerios with 1/2c almond milk before my run
post run i had 16oz gatorade, 1 poached egg on one slice of toast, and 1c of frozen grapes.
I have tried to do a morning run without eating...I will on Monday. I love my clif bars but that is about 280ish in calories and tastes great with coffee. I love big breakfasts.
anywho, I need your help and love to hear ideas.
