Well, ask and you shall receive..
I lay down for a nap yesterday,, nothing,, I have never been able to sleep during the day unless I am sick or under anesthesia. After an hour and a half of tossing and turning,I got up and dragged around,, after dinner I finally sat in my recliner, told DD to wake e up at ten pm to watch Dead Files,, the only program I care about on Friday.
I stil did not fall asleep until nine, she woke me at ten, she went to bed, I passed out until four am.. my usual rising time.. in the chair..
went to bed, tossed and turned for an hour and slept for an hour, finally got up..

today is clean around the house and yard day, so I will be ready to hit the sheets at the right time..

How do insomniacs stay sane???????

We don't. Psychosis oft looms just 'round the bend. Of all the things I ever lost, I miss my mind the least.

It's possible that one, or a combination of your meds is behind this. Besides a visit with your doctor, I'd suggest a trip to the pharmacist, sometimes they're a better source of information than your doctor. It is their field, after all, and they aren't handing out free samples from a salesman.

put 'sleep hygiene' in a search engine. It will bring up multiple things to consider.
I hope you sleep well tonight.

Will tell you about a truly startling invention: Tylenol PM. Take two, one hour before you want to go to bed. Then do something quiet. You are most welcome!

    Dear Spark Friend,

Hope you have seen a sleep therapist to get some help no one should have to live with this. I know you have lost a tremendous amount of weight so I applaud you but maybe something in your diet is triggering and adding to your problem like caffeine related foods.

Hope you find a solution soon.
