Graduation ,Gardening, and Gramma!

Saturday, June 15, 2013

It was Grand daughter's Graduation yesterday---from.......Kinderg
arten to gr 1--
I really wasn't excited to go (done this so many times before!)-but---I enjoyed it!
Grand Daughter loved seeing her Dad (son#3, the Policeman) her Mom, and me---
Ya gotta love these kids!

The rest of our day we spent gardening---himself and I--I never get too much from my garden--but--I feel it's a bit like praying---you must do it, but the results aren't visible -at least right away--- --So--gardening---Graduation----and Sparking were high on my agenda yesterday----
So-----We carry on here--Sparking-----Staying Strong---Never giving up----

Remember......
"Powerful men often succeed through the help of their wives.
Powerful women only succeed in spite of their husbands."

    That is sweet.

Re not wanting to go, most often in life the motivation to do something doesn't come until you are already DOING it... which is why we have such a hard time with the concept.

Wow, that is awesome! I love the picture of you 4 altogether! My daughter graduated from college, but she wouldn't even go to the ceremony. She is too shy. She said she will go to the ceremony when she gets her masters degree. She doesn't even want us to throw her a party until then. I am bummed but will respect her wishes. They grow up so fast, don't they? emoticon Have a wonderful weekend!

    What great photos, Jean!

Wanted to let you know we lost our Sweet Macki Girl this week. Her big ole heart finally gave out. We started her on some new medication not too long ago and she actually was doing a little better.

We are sad but also thankful and grateful that we had her for 14 years.

Hugs, Sunny

Awwww, congratulations to your granddaughter. I remember when my kids graduated kindy!

Gardening IS like a prayer! Only the prayer with MY garden is I hope the bunnies don't eat the fruits of my gardening labors before **I** get a chance to! LOL

What is there to say about that quote except YES, YES, YES!

HUGS and smiles. Enjoy your weekend, oh virtual one!
