I am not perfect Nor do i strive to be..I will have a hamburger and fries or a slice or 2 of pizza...I eat well 90% of the time and walk nearly every day..I measure out portions and eat popcorn or cucumber chips instead of regular chips...but i do have a doughnut every week and some sort of chocolate or candy every week as well...do i see this as a weakness..nope..it' s LIFE... I don't eat HUGE portions anymore..I share desserts with my better half, i choose to have vegetables at every meal and 1 scoop of mashed potatoes instead of 2...I eat ice cream...I don't have "cheat days" or "cheat meals" i life my better now and use portion control..everything in moderation..I count the points for it and move on...I am enjoying my life now and don't care how others judge what i am eating or not eating...I will take care of me and you take care of you...I don't was to be model thin..i never will be...But I will be the best me i can be according to my standards not anyone else...Thank you for listening to my rant... gotta go do some yoga now..lol
