My best weigh in yet !!
3.7lbs gone this week. whoo hoo
This is even more impressive for me this week as Friday (yesterday) we went to a secret supper club for dinner 5 courses with paired wines consisting of:
Salmon tartar - prosecco
Pea soup - Sauvigon Gris
Spicy Pawn Paradelle - Rieseling
Slow roasted chicken and garlic veg - brunello
Mojito Cheese cake - champagne
mixed cheese with port
A great night and a lot of food and wine - so how did I eat all that and still loose:
I had my usual fast days Monday and Wednesday, I went to my usual boot camp classes Mon, Wed, Fri.
So what was different. I didnt manage to do my usual Sunday run this week (aim for 5k running all the way) but I did walk home from work on Thursday 8km so I think should have made up for it and yesterday I before the big dinner I did fast during the day knowing that I was eating 2000 cals all in one go.
SO to me this doesnt seem to different !
