Saturday's workout

I was deciding between a cardio ballroom workout and a pilates/barre fusion workout for today. I started my workout at 2pm and it was so hot! I finally decided on the 2nd DVD as I was feeling a little dizzy and mat work appealed to me.

It's the first time I'm doing this DVD though I've watched it through once to make sure it's a good quality DVD with no problems. It's from Leah Sarogo, it's called Ballet body Core workout or something like that. All I can say is : "Oh! My abs are hurting!!!!" during the workout. But now I feel a little tired, but a good sort of tired, though I'm not sweating as much as I would if I had done the cardio ballroom one. But I'm sweating already bcoz of the heat and I didn't fancy so much sweating today as the weather is sooo hot these days!

I might do the cardio ballroom one tomorrow evening, but not in the afternoon. I had to exercise in the afternoon today bcoz I have Bible study this evening. I didn't have lunch today bcoz I'm still full from breakfast, I had one of my Mom's homemade tuna puffs. I'll be having dinner with the bible study group tonight anyway, so I'm keeping my appetite for that!

Well, I'm going for my shower now and I will be getting ready for my Bible study!

    Sounds like a great workout. Good call not doing cardio if you were hot and tired. I've done a couple Pilates and barre videos on spark people. Those are tough. A good tough.
