I went to the mall the other day and with nothing fitting right I sort of had this really blue moment at which point I decided that if the shopping thing isn't working out then I was just going to make this a workout opportunity. Sooo I decided to speed walk around this huge mall to get in some cardio. I'm usually not a mall walker because I go to gym classes to get in a workout *but* with a injured and sore back, I've had to be creative about getting low impact exercise in here and there.
Anyway, looong story short..I walked for an hour! Let's just say that it was actually a lot of fun to explore where all the stores in the mall were without actually going inside..very therapeutic and after awhile, I completely forgot about all the clothes that were a poor fit.
