Another Good Day and a New Total

It was a great Friday. Got in a good warm-up with Corey (who believes that my warm-up was his entire workout - lol), then had an invigorating session with my awesome personal trainer, Ross Gilbert. After that, I ran 20 laps in the shallow pool, lolled in the hot tub, and pampered myself the rest of the time at the Y. Can't argue any of that...especially since the day started with the loss of another 4 pounds (for a total of 107 lbs so far).
