Day 6 80 Day challenge

Well I am still on the diet. It's just been so hetic that I haven't been able to come online. Also when you are bloated and it's that time of the month it is even harder to exercise or even want to move. Surprisingly i did it.
2. Describe your dream/goal body.
My dream body would be a body that I wouldn't mind looking at. I don't feel confident about myself when I look in the mirror. I never take photos and I just want to get out of that by the time I turn 30.
3. Is your UGW in an unhealthy range of BMI?
I'm not sure what this is.
4. Have a vegan day today. No meat, no eggs, no dairy, no animal products whatsoever. Give it a try!
On that day I at meat I should have read the question before hand.
5. What is your favorite healthy food?
sweet potatoes. pears I love pears.
6. What is your favorite unhealthy food?
Cake. I love sweets
Well I have been working out. Now i'm going to set a timer and start getting up at a certain time to workout. I really love my walking dvd. It has helped me to want to workout and I also feel the burn as well.
I will post a video tomorrow after I work out. It seems I just can't diet this is a total makeover. Inside and out.
