How is everyone on this beautiful day!!!!! Today, June 14th, my niece became a teenager!!! She is the daughter of my youngest sister, Tommie. My niece's name is Meaghan Nicole and she is absolutely wonderful. She had the hightest GPA in her 7th grade class at the end of the school year!!! Isn't that wonderful? She reminds me so much of my daughter, Juliette Nicole, who is now 25 years old. I am soooo proud of her!!!

On to other news. It's been a while since I blogged. I tell you, before you know it, the time just seems to fly by you. My workout routine is still working for me. I am now walking between five to seven miles a day. Sometimes it's hard because my Meniere's Disease has been acting up lately. I'm supposed to go see my doctor in two weeks. I really think I'm out of remission. Oh well, I know I can handle this, but sometimes, it is very hard!!!!

I pray that all of you have a wonderful weekend full of happy things. To all of the fathers out there, have a Happy Father's Day!!!! My dad will be 88 years old on August 17th of this year. He is such a great man!!!! Give someone you love a hug and tell them you love them!!!! Appreciate today and live every moment of your life with great expectations. God bless everyone!!!!!

Your niece sounds amazing. It's so much fun watching a child grow up, blossom, and become who they choose to be.

I always look forward to reading your blogs, they are always so cheerful, inspiring and thought provoking. This is exactly that even though you are suffering with your illness (hope you manage to find a way to treat/deal/cope with it) and that is truly a great quality you have, positivity in the face of adversity!

Congratulations to your niece, love the pride you feel/show in your daughter and your niece, completely shines through.

for your breezy and happy blog. Very uplifting.
Have a great Father's Day. with your dad.
In Australia we celebrate Father's Day in
September. I remember when I lived in Canada
having to buy my card in June and hang on to it
till September. I miss my dad.

Thanks for sharing the great news about your fabulous niece. That's great! Keep up the good work on your fitness. You should be proud that you're not letting your disease slow you down. So many people would use it as an excuse.
