Dinner: Grilled steak, with corn and chicken rice (could use some greenery)

    I've been adding kale to my smoothies and really enjoying them! I make a week's worth at once and freeze them. Then I just have to grab and go for a quick lunch at school.

    That's funny you mentioned that as my Mom would always tell us, you need something green and I've taught my children and even the men in my life! It's a healthy choice and filler foods! emoticon You are still within your calorie count! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hi there. If you add some veggies you will feel fuller and I'll be healthier! Summer veggies are great...colorful and tasty. This helped me a lot.
