Confessions of a cannoli eater

Friday, June 14, 2013

Bill and I went out for a salad for lunch at an Italian BAKERY in Fair Oaks emoticon
after our low cal salads with dressing on the side,,
We each had a 200 calorie cannoli each....
Don' t I think I waisted my water aerobics class?
Let's face it everyone has a day that is just a wash. emoticon

Don't even Tell me where you got the cannoli!! I used to work a few blocks away from Little Italy in NYC - (after walking thru China Town! more great food!) - and I think cannolis are a little piece of heaven!
Hey, and you DID the water aerobics - some days are just full of delights!! emoticon

Glad that you went to Fair Oaks for a Cannoli. Why else would you go to an Italian Bakery (for lunch) HAHAHAHAHA
No your water aerobics was not wasted - exercise for the body and dessert for the soul. It helps to keep balance in all that you do.

AND thank you for the goodie. I am not ready for a bikini but the thought is much appreciated. emoticon

You did not waste your were building up strength. Just as your cannoli built up strength in enjoyment of life and living it more was well within moderation... (and God forgive me, I wonder sometimes which is better for the soul at times, confession or cannoli LOL) Ever tried it in puff pastry instead...made some once. :) You will survive this cannoli..and possibly live to indulge again...YES!

Let me live vicariously here for a moment...the real thick and creamy filling or the runny but oozing with sweetness? One end dipped in chocolate and nuts?

I've had many days where I've eaten my calories burned during fitness.

How was the cannoli? emoticon
