Team Challenge to Blog a Healthy Breakfast Idea.
#Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice)
Remove the avocado pit. Scoop out a bit of avocado to increase the size of the hole. Crack an egg into the hole. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and/or cheese. Bake in the oven until egg is cooked to the level you like. Enjoy
