Due to my work schedule (and the fact that the gym is at work) I worked out with the trainer two days in a row.
Yesterday was legs
and today was arms & core.
I was sore after the workout yesterday and feared I would have to take the elevator upstairs to my desk.
Some of yesterdays fun:
Walking on the treadmill at 5% and 10% incline as fast as I could
Core workout with medicine ball
Reverse lunges on Bosu
Squats with weighted bar
Side shuffle between cones with burpees (2-3-4-5-4-3-2)
Today's fun (15 each set of each exercise):
Burpees to overhead press 10lb weights 2x and 8lb weights 1x (last set)
Chest press on Physio Ball 10lb
Medicine ball slam
30 sec plank
Bicep curls on Bosu 10lb
Tricep extension on Bosu 10lb
Then both days I used the rowing machine for 10 minutes as they are having a Regatta challenge.
Also walked with a coworker this afternoon and hit WIO tonight.
Met my 10K step goal and then some
Again my me time is my exercise time, which I certainly got a lot of today.
