Still here, still on my exercise streak. Been super busy at home and work this week, but I'm plugging along. Trying to make healthier food choices, though today ended up being kind of a wash. I have a weekend at home with minimal plans, so it shouldn't be too hard to do better.

I find myself looking at a picture of me from when I was at goal weight and it helps me stay focused on what I want. I also pulled out my vision collage this morning and put a sticky note on my mirror with the quote "If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you always got". Time to change what I've been doing because it's just not working. Planning to kick up my exercise a bit this week. I'm done teaching on Monday even though I work through Friday. I'll still have all my evening activities for another week or so too, but I'll hopefully have a bit more energy knowing I'm in the home stretch.

Goals for tomorrow:
Eat well
Water
30 minute workout or run
Be active on SP
In bed by 1 am

    "In bed by 1AM."

She(WMBO) once asked me why I came to be at 1AM all the time.

"Because I don't want to get up at 3AM" Which is what time I would wake up if I went to bed at 10PM.
