What a difference a week makes

Friday, June 14, 2013

Woohoo - 6 hill crossings, 2lbs down, no pain, pot luck dinner tonight, meeting with my friends, talk some rubbish and the All Blacks are playing France Tonight. What an awesome day.

Fantastic start - those scales have the ability to make or break a day - they shouldnt - but they do. Just seeing those numbers drop is such a high - God forbid if the increase - spiralling depression. Though I must say I am managing to conquer that depression. If I know in my heart I have been in track - then I see it as a blimp and move on. I was worried as we had a work lunch yesterday - I had eye fillet and salad and gave away the chips and only exercised once during the week and twice last weekend - so 2 lbs is a real relief. I am doing it this time - I feel good. I hope everyone else is feeling the spark and seeing the results.

6 crossings - Yes - next weekend 7.

Potluck dinner - I am making a Raspberry Charlotte.

Go the AB's 27-13 is my prediction.

Have a great day, 5lbs to my first goal. I am proud of my efforts.

That's quite a week! Glad to see that you're perking up again!

I am really not into rugby; all I am interested in is watching the Haka!
However, if your prediction happens to be correct, could you please try to forecast the numbers for the European Lottery?
