Baby Steps

So, my last entry was a bit of a downer but it is how i was feeling at the time. That same day, i decided to log every single thing on sparkpeople and really stick to this. I must say, it has been two weeks and i have lost around 4 pounds. I feel like this time, it really is going to stick. I am making a permanent lifestyle change rather than calling it a diet. After logging everything, I noticed I can still have some of the foods i love in moderation as long as they stay within my daily goal ranges. So exciting. Cant wait til I am where I want to be emoticon

    good job and keep up the work. i felt like that to, but now i have been stiking to everything i put up on my sparks and now i feel great. i have more energy, i haven't weighed in yet but i don't loose anything i am not gonna put my self down for it eather. i will just keep on doing what i am doing
