first weight loss milestone reached

I'm so excited and proud and happy! As of today I have lost 26 lbs since starting Sparkpeople in late April (the 27th to be exact)! This was my first goal I set. I now have a little less than 10 lbs to go until I'm under 200 lbs for the first time in as long as I can remember recently (my memory isn't the best and I haven't always weighed myself/known my weight/been to doctors)!
I'm doing much better with my amount of fat I eat, it's getting lower. Also, I ordered my vega one because it was on sale on for 10% off and gives a free gift...so my mom bought me two, I just gotta pay her back eventually. That'll help so I don't get vitamin and mineral deficiencies haha...
Today I walked on the treadmill for 55 mins at 3.5 mph, then 5 mins at 3mph, then 5 minutes at 2mph! It was great! My mom said that's what she does, and I was proud of myself because I rarely can keep up with her when we walk outside together haha.
I realized I am already half way to the sparkpeople fitness minute goal for the whole year! I've only been at it for less than 3 months! Yay!
