8 Days Until My First 5K...

I'm feeling incredibly nervous about this. No one in my real life knows about it still, except for my therapist and nutritionist, so I at least have two people in real life rooting for me and giving me encouragement.
I'm getting into a lot of the what-ifs: what if I drink too much water and have to go to the bathroom during the race, what if I get sick, what if I get really sunburned, what if I sleep past my alarm, what if what if what if.
I'm not where I wanted to be weight wise, but I only have myself to blame on that one.
I'm also not where I am goal wise in terms of running. I tried another one of the 5k loop functions on the treadmill last night at the gym and did one in 51:25 with the fastest speed being 3.6. I am still doing my couch to 5k training as well as the one on here, but I am worried.
Is this just pre-first race jitters or what?
