Spark Coach Assignment - Health Goal

I have been working for over 3 months now on my blood sugar levels. They are doing so much better. If this continues, I should be able to get an A+ from my doctor on my next visit.

I have been dealing with a lot of pain, but I have to work with it and still exercise more. My new health goal is to get back to 1-3 workout sessions a day totaling 45 minutes or more a day. I have access to videos, wii-fit, and I just need to do it!

    That's the way to do it Sally. I'm doing that some days too and it makes it possible to do more and be healthier. I know your doctor will be impressed! emoticon

As for the exercise, I like to remind myself that I can give myself permission to do it lazy or half hearted if I need to, just as long as I'm doing it. Let us know if we can help give you pep talks or anything!
