I'm eagerly anticipating the 10k tomorrow. The expo doesn't start until 3:30 so Ill have to make sure to eat the right things tonight and tomorrow until then. Not usually a problem come race day.
I've decided I don't need to do it in under an hour. I just need to do it. I've trained, I've cross-trained, I've beeneating well the last little bit, and I've actually lost a bit aof weight so I think all that will help me do well. I just have to remember to really power down those hills and when I think I have to walk, don't. I have a pretty bad cough going right now and I know that if I stop to walk, I won't be able to stop coughing. That's good enough motivation for me!
