    I have just discovered kale in the last few years and love it. It is so versatile. I have even baked it in the oven sprinkled with olive oil. It goes crispy and delicious Yum.

    Every thing you have on your list is on mine plus I am putting cupcakes (I bake them) on my list, because I am having kids here most of the summer. We will also have roasted hot dogs and smores.

    You can do my grocery shopping with this list ... add cashew butter and almond butter by the peanut butter and include your favorite reipe to go with the tilapia.
