Nerds on call has had my computer in the shop for two weeks !!! Grr. They don't call me with updates on the progress. I call them, then they call the tech, then we play phone tag. Grr. They suck at customer service.
The last time they had it in the shop the same poor service happened. The lack communication skills to call and keep the consumer updated. It's like pulling teeth to get updates.
Lastly they have had the computer two weeks now. They say it will be 3 weeks until they are done fixing the computer. Even then I overheard my husband saying they don't think they can totally remove the virus. Who knows. It sounds like it won't be long before I end up getting a new computer.
Grr. Nerds is on Call is not on my happy list.
