I have learned that when my routine goes off schedule, or my meal plan is forced off schedule, that I just put everything off schedule and eat and eat and eat. So, now I am looking for a way to be flexible when life happens *and* to remain in my calorie range. This might be tricky. I do, however, now know where my biggest problem spot is, and that is a large part of the bulge battle... I now know my enemy!!!
