I am trying desperately to make a habit of weekly menu planning. This is my menu for the coming week:
Enchilada bake - using chicken breast poached in beer and lime
Cottage pie - using organic, 98% fat free ground beer and using beer instead of water
Chicken meatballs with mashed potatoes and gravy
Turkey & Brie sandwiches with Vidalia onion dressing
Heck, who knows, I may even start posting my recipes, which are usually bastardized versions of other recipes LOL
It's easier to run the menu Thursday - Thursday but we have an event on Saturday so my schedule is a bit off for this week.
Later I'll post my workout plans for next week later on.
