Weight watchers and what should I do...

Weight watchers this morning was good.

I weighed in at a small gain of four tenths of a pound and am 121.2 pounds.

I did also purchase the simply solo cookbook as it was on sale and I flipped through it while waiting for the meeting to start.

I did go to my earlier meeting today which was on powering up your meals with fruits and vegetables.

So this morning with my cereal...I had two medium sized apples along with the fat free milk.

I also only spent less than twenty dollars at the grocery and was still able to get some good choices.

I got my lunch meat, a bag of apples, soft drinks (Is it soda, soft drink or "pop"), fabric softener sheets and a few other items and that was all.

And now...a question...

I am really very worried about my mother. Yesterday my brother called me and said that mom wasn't doing so well in rehab and sounded to him like she had taken a turn for the worst.

I know that like me he is stressed out over her.

But, I have also seen a face book post from her best friend this morning saying that she is doing better.

Who should I believe?.

Also should I try to go see her today?.
