BLC Week Two Plan

Week one is over & I feel in my heart I was successful. Not perfect but successful. The big news is I'm
. As I said in so many blogs it was allot of water weight. That being said I'm still proud of myself. I am finding out it is OK to be proud of yourself without feeling guilty. It is a
start to a healthier & happier me.
As far as my plan went for week 1 I did fantastic with drinking 8 cups of water a day. I didn't do too bad with the freggies. Exercising 1st thing in the morning was hit & miss. I am going to work on that a little harder.
Week Two Plan:
1) I am going to continue working on exercising !st thing in the morning.
2) I will also continue on eating more freggies during the day.
3) Start using my treadmill.
