Yesterday was a crappy day I was crabby and irritated all day but still managed to eat within calories and get my interval and ab dvds in. Feeling good about that knowing I had a horrible day and didn't let it affect my eating too much feels good, I never would have been able to do that in the past.

Breakfast-banana smoothie
Snack-apple
lunch-burger (just the patty) broccoli and watermelon
snack-oatmeal cookie
dinner- half turkey sandwhich & spinach/berry/orange smoothie
water-6 c
steps-5858
workout-burn interval and ab dvd
