I had a pretty stressful day yesterday and totally fell off the wagon. Well sorta. I started the day with good intentions. I had cheese omelette with toast, and had honey on my toast. Then later at my parents house I was eating whole grain tortilla chips right from the bag, not paying any attention to how much I was eating. Finally my dad made a comment about how well I was doing with the weight loss and so I put the chips down (although I didn't want to). Later I had chicken fettuchini alfredo that I made myself which wasn't so bad except for the two breadsticks I had with it that were surely not part of my calorie budget. For dinner I had chicken nuggets and tater tots which I would not normally eat (the pre packaged frozen kind). I made them because I was running out of options and they were there. I was not able to go grocery shopping last week. So I hit a minor speed bump. Not a derailment. I am back with it today, planning my meals for the week. After my mini free for all yesterday I was very suprised I had not gained a pound this morning especialily since I did not have any activity in my day. For the record this is the first day I have not tracked calories or had any type of fitness in my day in a bout a month.

    This is pretty good actually. I can't ever remember being committed for this long before. I will not let this get me down. Just a minor setback. I am in it to.win it!
