Restock Tea / Coffee Bring into lodge OJ and Milk
Fill Orange Juice pitchers Fill Milk pitchers
Fill Ice bucket Set up Dish Area
Fill up Fruit Bowl Sanitizing cloths in a clean warm solution
Bring out Yogurt, Fruit Salad Knife – Fork – Spoon bucket set up
Cut grapefruit Wash slop bucket or food waste bucket
Place fruit nappies at Salad bar Fill up Drinking Water Container
Help cut any other fresh fruit Garbage bags in garbage pails
Help Serve Eat
Eat Wash Dishes
Bring Breakfast Bar into Fridge Reset Dish area
Clean Salad bar area Coffee area Wash Slop buckets – Food waste buckets
Clean Coffee fridge & Microwave Spray and replace 6 bus pans on table
Restock Condiments Reset Knife – Fork – Spoon bucket
Return and Restock Cereal Wash Pots
Fill Drinking Water Container Spot Sweep – spot mop all of lodge
Make Lunch Juice Pour Lunch Juice into container
Prepare Condiments for lunch Sanitize door handles
Clean white sinks
Bleach Table tops
Help bring out Salad bar Fill Pitchers with ice and water
Serve Soup or other position as needed Help Serve if needed
Check Salad bar – keep clean and tidy Eat
Eat Wash Dishes & Clean machine
Help Bring in Salad bar Reset Dish area
Restock condiments Wash Slop bucket – food waste buckets
Refill drinking water Reset knife– fork – spoon buckets with water
Refill Fruit bowl Spray bus pans reset for supper
Wash Pots

Break till 5 pm Break till 5 pm
