I have started back on the healthy band-wagon after falling off for a few months. For those of you keeping track I gained all but 5 pounds of my weight back emoticon BUT I am back on track. To prove it the last 2 days I've gotten in all of my water for the day, 64 oz. Plus I even lost 1 whole pound this week! WOOHOO! I'm not defeated, I'm making imperfect progress! (I borrowed that from a book I'm reading!)
